Subscription terms

These terms describe how EditNow memberships work. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.

Trial and renewal

Membership starts with an introductory trial period at the trial price shown on the checkout page. When the trial ends, the membership converts automatically to a monthly plan at the monthly price shown on the same checkout page and in your account, and renews every month on the same date until you cancel. The exact amounts and the renewal date are shown before you pay and repeated in your account.

What is included

Unlimited use of every tool on EditNow, on any device where you log in with your email, for as long as the membership is active. Processing happens in your browser, so there are no per-file limits beyond what your device can handle.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in one click from your account page, or by emailing support@editnow.app from the address you signed up with. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We send a confirmation email when a cancellation is processed.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as EditNow or Cervly Global Pte. Ltd.. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert them and apply its own fees.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we email you and retry over the following days. Access pauses if the payment keeps failing, and resumes once a payment succeeds.

Changes

If we change the monthly price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
