What is EditNow?
An online toolkit of 66 tools for PDFs, images, video and audio. Edit, sign, merge, convert, compress, caption, transcribe and more, from any browser.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Every tool runs inside your browser. The only exception is the three AI tools, which send the extracted text (not the file) to generate a summary, translation or answer.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. Video tools use your device's built-in encoder and need Chrome, Edge or Safari 17 or newer.
Is there a file size limit?
Documents and images up to 100 MB each, video up to 2 GB. Speed depends on your device because nothing is uploaded.
How does the membership work?
You try the tools, and when you download a result you start a membership with an introductory trial that converts to a monthly plan. The amounts and dates are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
How do I cancel?
From your account page in one click, or by emailing support. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for and nothing further is charged.
Can I use it on my phone and my laptop?
Yes. Click Log in on any device and enter your email; a sign-in link restores your membership there.
I was charged and didn't mean to be. What now?
Email support@editnow.app within 14 days of the charge. See the refund policy for details.
Which languages does OCR and transcription support?
OCR reads English and most European languages plus Hindi, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Transcription supports around 100 languages and can translate speech to English.
