EditNow is operated by Cervly Global Pte. Ltd., 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07, Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use https://editnow.app and how we use it.

Your documents

Every PDF tool on this site runs inside your web browser. Files you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted through our servers. The only exception is the AI Summarizer and AI Translator: when you use them, the text extracted from your document is sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider to generate the result and is not retained after the response is produced.

Information we collect

• Your email address, when you provide it to receive downloads or create an account.
• Payment details, which are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited, used for security and analytics.

How we use it

To provide the service and your subscription, to send transactional emails about your account, to respond to support requests, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account exists and as required by tax law. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email us at support@editnow.app and we will respond within 30 days.
