Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with EditNow. This policy explains when we refund and how to ask.

Trial charge

The introductory trial charge is for immediate access to the tools and is non-refundable once a file has been downloaded, except where the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal that cannot be waived.

Monthly renewals

If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal you did not intend, email support@editnow.app within 14 days of the charge. If you have not used the tools during that billing period we refund it in full, no questions asked. Otherwise we may refund in part at our discretion.

Something didn't work

If a tool failed to produce a usable result and we cannot fix it for you, we refund the current period. Tell us which tool, which file type and what went wrong so we can look.

How to request

Email support@editnow.app from the address on your account with the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we resolve almost every case the same day.
